  • Cassie: Owner and Director of Every Body Moves. Favorite phrase: "There's more than one right way to do things," including yoga. Motivates people of all different backgrounds and skill levels to participate in class. Passions: family, curiosity, and movement!

  • Tiffany: Has over 15 years of experience in fitness industry, and a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Counselor-in-training and finishing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Strives to bring joy and resilience to lives through mindfulness and movement.

  • MJ: Firm believer that "All bodies are yoga bodies." Forever evolving as a yoga instructor, personal trainer, and human. Skilled in designing customized classes to meet the diverse needs of students. Main focuses: proper alignment, breath control, and mindfulness.
