Elevate residents' mind and body with Every Body Moves, where we offer expert-led yoga, dance, and fitness services designed to inspire wellness, strength, and balance. We adapt each of our classes to fit the needs of the facility and help everyone feel capable, included, and valued.

Yoga/Fitness

Our specialized fitness classes focus on strength, mobility, and wellness, helping seniors stay active and independent at any age. Gentle and empowering, our 60-minute fitness services promote flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Meet our Instructors

Each instructor is hand-picked for your organization to ensure continuity and high-quality services

  • Cassie: Owner and Director of Every Body Moves. Motivates people of all different backgrounds and skill levels to participate in class. Loves teaching yoga, dance, and cardio classes. Passions: family, curiosity, and movement!

  • Tiffany: Has over 15 years of experience in fitness industry, and a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Counselor-in-training and finishing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Strives to bring joy and resilience to lives through mindfulness and movement.

  • MJ O.: Firm believer that "All bodies are yoga bodies." Forever evolving as a yoga instructor, personal trainer, and human. Skilled in designing customized classes to meet the diverse needs of students. Main focuses: proper alignment, breath control, and mindfulness.

  • Anna Nikki: Leading movement and guiding people into deeper embodiment since 2012 with strength training, dance, mobility, and more. 500-hour registered yoga teacher, leading a variety of styles, each inviting participants to truly connect and at peace in their home - their bodies.

  • Jennifer: Has been teaching dance fitness and aqua fitness to seniors since 2009. Her classes are like a PARTY; she encourages everyone to laugh and have fun while moving to the beat of the music. She designs classes to be at student's level, from tapping your feel while sitting to jumping up and down. She loves putting a smile on everyone's face!

  • MJ C: A proud Filipina-American yogi from Denver, MJ has been dedicated to the practice of yoga for over 10 years. What began as a personal journey of healing and self-discovery has blossomed into a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. When she isn't practicing yoga, she is painting, reading, hiking, and snuggling with her pups!
